Susanne is enchanted especially by the light in southwest landscapes, and creates a 3-dimensional sculptural sensation with the palette knife.  In addition, she has always been fascinated by the textures, intricate patterns, and lustrous colors of prime mineral specimens and gems and is known to create nonobjective art.  All these inspirations, especially Arizona, provide her with endless creative possibilities in whatever she does.
