Visions of 'Winter Magic' are leading the Treasure Hunt at Mountain Trails Gallery Sedona

December's Western Art Collector magazine is alive with news and previews of art across the West, including an invitation to a "Treasure Hunt of Beautiful Things" at Mountain Trails Gallery in Sedona. “We are fortunate to have artists who have arrived at a height of mastery and a command of their technique,” says gallery director Julie R. Williams. “December begins a new season of being indoors with an inner focus for our collectors, and we are proud to present these extraordinary centerpieces as well as smaller treasures from which to choose.”

Featured in the preview are luminous Grand Canyon landscapes by Michelle Condrat and Joshua Been. Also featured are Betty Carr's Fall River Runoff, oil, 8 x 10”, two playful grizzlies in a yin-yang-like pose in Better Together, bronze, ed. of 20, 9 x 16 x 10” by Raymond Gibby and a wondrous stately cactus bloom Serendipity, oil, 36 x 24” by Marcia Molnar. Magic of Winter: A Treasure Hunt of Beautiful Things will hang for the month of December, with an opening reception on Friday, December 1, from 4 to 7 p.m.
