Sedona Red Rock News presents a feature article in their Artscene magazine showcasing the annual exhibition "Call of the Wildlife" at Mountain Trails Gallery located in the Village of Tlaquepaque in Sedona. For the month of September, the gallery celebrates its artists who are captivated by the nature of animals, both wild and domestic. An outstanding part of the celebration is the paintings, sculpture, and mixed media work by artists who are mesmerized and intrigued by the avian kingdom. All these award-winning artists bring an authenticity and a unique perspective from experiences and a passion for this subject in their works of art.
Mountain Trails Gallery has been a destination for wildlife art for more than 40 years with artists showing not only landscapes, scenes and characters from Western history, but domestic ranching animals as well, and wildlife has always been prominent in their paintings and sculpture.
